The Superman brand is toxic after that last movie lost [money], but in 2011 we're hoping to restart it. Sadly I can't say who the director is, but we may make it official by Christmas." Now, this is all speculation and heresay, but to read the full story, head to "Millar"!

Terrence Stamp (Zod/Jor-El) Discusses His Cult Idol Status! (6/12/08)
"Veteran English actor Terence Stamp isn’t the first performer you’d think of to play the silly bad guy in a spy spoof. Sure, he was the vile villain General Zod in the 1970s Superman flicks. But that was serious business. Still, Stamp gets his lampoonish sneer on as Ziegfried, an operative of the evil crime syndicate KAOS in the updated Get Smart which opens next Friday. Stamp learned from the Superman gig to never say never. That Zod part, which he hesitated accepting at first, rejuvenated his career and made him a pop culture reference he may never shake. He’s OK with that, however. A sense of humour helps." To read more, head "here"! Also, many of you know that Mr. Stamp is also a Smallville favorite, as the voice of "Jor-El.".

Of course, the Superman sequel is still in early stages of development - director Bryan Singer and the studio are meeting with writers on the project. So, I thought I would give those of you curious about Smallville a brief debrief. I am in Bangkok for a few more months. So, no shooting of the Ville for me. I will return for a undetermined, although small, number of episodes in season 8.I am not really opening up the floor for lots of discussion, because it is not really the place for it. Obviously I have loved my time on the show, but I am equally as thrilled to move on to new endeavors. One of which is very dear to me, and that is GBD [Girls By Design]. So thank you all for your really fabulous support and passion!!! I hope this clears up most of the questions...
xoxo
Kristin"

And now that the characters are established, there’s really an opportunity to up the threat levels...Clearly there’ll be a body count [laughs]. From frame one, it will be unrelenting terror! All those teenage girls who found the movie and mooned over James Marsden or Brandon? Well, I’m going to wake them up!” To learn more, head to "Comics2Film"!

DC Comics Brings on "Trinity"! (2/13/08)
According to IGN, Dan Didio from DC Comics states, "As foolish as we are, we've decided to try and go with another weekly series again. And as we did from 52 to Countdown and now into Trinity, we want to change the focus and style of the story we told. With 52, it was a weekly series about the world without Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman. In that series we moved in actual time and filled in a missing year where those three characters disappeared from the DC Universe. In Countdown, what we did was we showed the wide scope of the DC Universe, and all the different aspects - not just in our world but also across the Multiverse and the multiple incarnations of our characters." To learn more, head to "Trinity"!
